About Me:
I have experience of working with neurodiversity within a counselling capacity and as a specialist mentor. As a neurodivergent therapist I can relate to, and have experienced first-hand, some of the challenges resulting from being neurodivergent in a world not always well adapted to us. I am experienced in working with a range of presenting issues, including, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief and relationship difficulties. Sessions are autism, neurodivergent and
LGBTQ+ friendly.
