Training and Access to Work support for employers

Awareness of neurodiversity in the workplace is growing and employers are starting to become aware that neurodivergent employees may have different support needs at work.

We can assess neurodivergent employees’ workplace support needs and provide a comprehensive needs assessment to assist employers and staff in building fulfilling careers.

Free2BMe offers tailored services and packages for employers needing specific services for neurodivergent staff. We also offer awareness and disability impact training for managers, teams and HR.

  • Carried out by our trainee counselling psychologist, Workplace Needs Assessments help employers and staff understand how neurodivergent employees can best be supported at work to achieve their full potential.

Assessments look holistically at the employee’s job role, strengths, things they are struggling with, needs for reasonable adjustments and accommodations, and mental health and wellbeing.

Our trainee psychologist can recommend adjustments and support such as counselling or coaching. We can also screen for ADHD and autism and support employees to access referrals for diagnostic assessment where needed.
